NexGen Green Builders – Workforce Development (NGB-WD) helps participants build the skills, knowledge, and connections needed to participate in the growing low-carbon economy. The program combines practical learning, career development, industry exposure, and collaborative projects. Participants explore areas such as clean technology, energy efficiency, building retrofits, electrification, renewable energy, sustainability, and other emerging low-carbon opportunities.
A key feature of the program is Solution Teams, where participants work together to develop practical responses to real-world sustainability challenges. Through these teams, participants apply what they learn, exchange ideas, strengthen problem-solving skills, and showcase innovative solutions.
